Pipe Welding Machines Efficiently Empower a Large – Scale Water Supply Project

In a large – scale water supply project, the construction team faced arduous tasks. The project aimed to provide a stable and sufficient water source for the new urban area. A total of 6 kilometers of water supply pipelines needed to be laid, with pipe diameters ranging from 30mm to 120mm, and the pipes were made of high – strength ductile iron. The one – time welding qualification rate is as high as over 98%. Compared with traditional manual welding, the efficiency has been increased by nearly three times. On the premise of ensuring welding quality, the welding time has been greatly shortened. Moreover, the welding stability of these welding machines is excellent, effectively avoiding welding defects caused by environmental factors.In the entire water supply project, the ET – G400 and ET – 20W welding machines, with their outstanding performance, helped the construction team complete the pipeline laying task 15 days ahead of schedule. After strict inspection, the welding quality fully meets and even exceeds industry standards. After being put into use, the water supply system has been operating stably, and no water leakage problems caused by welding issues have occurred. It has provided a reliable water supply guarantee for the residents and enterprises in the new urban area. It also provides a successful example for the construction of similar large – scale pipeline projects, demonstrating the important value of advanced pipeline welding equipment in ensuring major infrastructure construction.
