The heat-affected zone is controlled within 0.1mm, and the workpiece hardly heats up; the repaired mold does not deform, does not require annealing, and has no residual stress, maintaining its original precision; the minimum repair depth is 0.01-0.05mm, which can precisely fill minute defects in the mold; the amount of repair material used is small, and only simple grinding is required afterward, without affecting the mold’s reference surface.

Applications:

Injection mold repair, repairing scratches and wear, restoring mold precision; stamping mold repair, with a post-repair hardness of HRC55-60.
